According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Rossbach highlighted the challenges that young people encounter as they transition into adulthood. Many young individuals are entering universities and subsequently seeking employment, only to find themselves without sufficient resources to rent or purchase a home. This financial constraint hinders their ability to build careers and focus on their education. Rossbach emphasized the need to understand the feelings of these young people and acknowledge the urgency of their situation.

Rossbach conveyed that UN-Habitat recognizes the significance of these issues and has initiated several programs to address them. She mentioned the implementation of special guidelines related to women, the 'Youth 2030' vision document, and a cities partnership platform focusing on children. These programs are part of UN-Habitat's broader efforts to support youth development and address the challenges faced by young people globally.
