Baku: 'The 13th Session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13) is an important platform for discussing the experiences of different countries and sharing best practices,' President of India's Institute of Town Planners Pradeep Kapoor told AZERTAC on the sidelines of the WUF13.
