Garabagh: On 8 May, as part of the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), students at Garabagh University received an in-depth briefing on the event's objectives, its significance for the country, and a range of topics resonating with young people, the WUF13 Azerbaijan Operations Company told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the session was organized by the WUF13 Azerbaijan Operations Company as part of broader efforts to engage youth in advancing sustainable urban development. These awareness initiatives, rolled out nationwide, aim to enhance young people's understanding of sustainable urban development and modern management practices, fostering more active involvement in these processes.

The programme included an interactive training session on Sustainable Project Management. Experts from the Project Thinking School provided practical experience and expertise in the field, offering participants valuable insights. Attendees worked through practical tasks, applying project management processes in an engaging and hands-on format.

Additionally, students participated in the internationally recognized Sea Wolf Game business simulation, an interactive exercise designed to improve skills in strategic decision-making, planning, and teamwork. At the end of the three-hour workshop, winning teams and standout participants were awarded a variety of prizes.

The primary goal of the event was to promote modern management approaches in the Garabagh region and to raise awareness among young people of the principles of the Green Project Management (GPM) P5 Standard: Product, Process, People, Planet, and Prosperity. This approach aims to combine business efficiency, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship in future projects.
