Baku: The official social media platforms for the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), which is scheduled to take place in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, from 17 to 22 May 2026, have been launched.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these platforms are intended to keep both local and international audiences informed about the preparations for this significant event focused on sustainable urban development.

The social media outlets will offer updates on initiatives and activities organized within the framework of the Forum. WUF13, a collaboration between the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, will act as a global stage for various stakeholders including governments, municipalities, the private sector, civil society, youth representatives, academia, and international organizations. The Forum will facilitate discussions on the future of cities and communities worldwide.
