Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has again addressed the nation, APA reports Unian.net.

He called Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table.

He also called Russia’s attack on Ukraine an attack on the world.

“Russia’s invasion against Ukraine is an attack on the European Union, human rights, and all rules existing in Europe,” said Zelensky.
