Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky underscored on Sunday that Russia manages to circumvent international sanctions by accessing world technologies through a network of suppliers, APA reports citing Teletrader.

“We see every direction of circumvention of existing sanctions, every country whose territory or jurisdiction, whose citizens are used by Russia to continue terror,” Zelensky said in a video address following the meeting with special services, emphasizing that such channels must be blocked.
