Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he is ready for talks with Russia in Baku, Warsaw, Budapest and Istanbul, APA reports.

he says talks between Ukraine and Russia cannot take place in Belarus or Minsk.

Russian President Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian delegation had left for Belarus to hold talks with Ukrainians. The delegation includes representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Defense Ministry, Presidential Administration, and other agencies.
