120 Families Relocated to Aghdam City Receive House Keys

Aghdam: A total of 120 families, comprising 419 individuals, have been resettled in Aghdam city and received keys to their new houses. The key handover ceremony marked a significant step in the ongoing efforts to support displaced citizens returning to their homes.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the ceremony was attended by officials from the Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan in the city of Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts. Representatives from the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) were also present, underscoring the collaborative effort to ensure the smooth transition of these families back to their community.

The relocation and resettlement process is part of a broader initiative by the government to facilitate the return of displaced individuals to their original homes, thereby restoring communities that were affected by displacement. The involvement of various governmental bodies highlights the coordinated approach taken to support these families in rebuilding their lives.
