Baku: The opening of the 15th Gabala International Music Festival took place on July 29. The event was initiated and organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, with support from the Ministry of Culture, the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli, and "Gilan".

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the festival commenced with a concert featuring the Student Symphony Orchestra of the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli. The orchestra was conducted by Ramiz Malik-Aslanov, who is recognized as a People's Artist of Azerbaijan.
