Baku: 17 citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan were readmitted from the Federal Republic of Germany as part of the ‘Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union on the readmission of persons residing without authorization,’ as reported by the State Migration Service to APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the readmission took place on November 25, 2025. The Reintegration Working Group, which includes representatives from various state bodies and is coordinated by the State Migration Service, is actively involved in addressing the challenges faced by the readmitted Azerbaijani citizens. Their efforts are focused on facilitating the effective and sustainable socio-economic reintegration of these individuals into society.
