So far 7894 heirs have been provided with one-time payment for 5491 martyrs
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr Ilham Aliyev, is continuing to provide the martyr herds with one-time payment (11,000 manat) as a result of the relevant decree.
As an important step in this direction, the Commission of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population adopted a decision on March 11, 2019, to grant a large group of heirs to 1928 hectares of 1,200 martyrs. Transfer of lump-sum payments to the bank accounts of those heirs has already been completed.
The total number of martyrs who are scheduled to pay one-time payments to their heirs is 12,268. From the beginning of November last year, the lump sum payments were made to the heirs of these martyrs. To date, 7894 heirs of 5491 martyrs have been provided with one-time payment.
