Baku: Within the framework of readmission agreements signed by the Republic of Azerbaijan and in force, the readmission of 38 individuals to the country was carried out in January 2026, the State Migration Service said in response to APA's inquiry.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these individuals were readmitted from European countries. The agreements facilitate the process of returning individuals to Azerbaijan who have been residing in Europe without proper documentation or permission.
