Baku: An Azerbaijani athlete won a gold medal in swimming at the III CIS Games, APA’s Western Bureau reports. The successful athlete is Oktay Huseynov.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, O. Huseynov noted that the first gold medal in swimming was won for Azerbaijan. He expressed his happiness, stating, “I am very happy to raise the Azerbaijani flag. I was waiting for this victory.”
