Baku: A meeting was held between the delegations of Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO) and the Africa Business Council. During the meeting, Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of AZPROMO, provided information on the agency's primary areas of activity, as well as the current state of economic relations between Azerbaijan and African countries.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Amany Asfour, President of the Africa Business Council, discussed the activities of the organization she represents and emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the business circles of Azerbaijan and Africa. The meeting focused on potential cooperation opportunities in agriculture, mining, construction, and other sectors, alongside prospects for promoting mutual investments and organizing business missions.

The sides also exchanged views on organizing an Africa-Azerbaijan Business Forum with the support of the Africa Business Council. The forum aims to bolster economic ties and open new avenues for collaboration between the two regions.
