The “Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund” (ADIF) puts up for open auction the property of “AGBank”, “Decabank” and “Bank Standard”, of which it is the liquidator.

This is reported by the “ADIF”.

The report says that the auction will be held on November 16 at 11:00 in the “Baku Auction Center” (Baku city, Sabail district, Badamdar village, Badamdar highway, 27). The point is about a non-residential premises owned by “AGBank” with an area of 465.5 sq. m, located on Nariman Narimanov street, Shamakhi city, as well as an apartment of 36.8 sq.m owned by “Dekabank” located at the address: Sumgait city, 47th quarter, house 7, and a non-residential premises owned by “Bank Standard” with an area of in 17.8 sq. m. at the address: Bulbul Avenue, 30 (Shamsi Badalbeyli street, 94), Baku city, Nasimi district.

Note that the property is estimated at 104.000 manats, 21.000 manats and 160.000 manats, respectively. Auction participants must pay 5% of these amounts to the auction organization as a deposit. The purchase price must be paid at the expense of the customer within 7 calendar days.
