3.3% of credit deposits in Azerbaijan are problematic

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published a statistical bulletin on the results of January-September 2022.

 

The document says that at the end of September this year, the amount of overdue loans in Azerbaijan amounted to 649.5 million manats which is down by 1.5% from the end of August.

 

Problem loans in the country declined by 9.7% as compared to the end of the last year and by 25.4% over the past year.

 

Since the beginning of October this year, a share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio has amounted to 3.3%. This index was 3.4% since the beginning of September, 4.2% since the beginning of this year and 5.6% since the beginning of October last year
