An agreement was reached on the delivery of goods to Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan from two directions, the Public Television of Armenia said, APA reports.

It was agreed between the Khankendi office of the ICRC and the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Karabakh that the humanitarian goods would be delivered through the Agdam-Khankendi road along with the Lachin road.

It was also added that the goods will be transported by ICRC vehicles.
