According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the call took place on March 10 and addressed the escalating tensions in the Middle East. Both leaders shared their concerns and underscored the importance of averting actions that could undermine the security and stability of regional states.
In addition to regional issues, the discussion also covered the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Syria. Both presidents expressed an interest in strengthening their relations and expanding cooperation across various fields. The leaders agreed on the importance of continuing their dialogue to enhance mutual interests.
