Baku: Azerbaijan is a successful example of transformation and progress, Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group Muhammad Al Jasser remarked during the session titled 'An Open Conversation with the Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group.' The session was part of the Islamic Development Bank Annual Meetings held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Al Jasser praised the changes observed in Azerbaijan in recent years. He highlighted that Baku has completely transformed compared to his previous visits. He noted that one does not need to be an economist or a special observer to see the transformation in the city.

Al Jasser emphasized that both Baku and Azerbaijan are examples of development and progress. He mentioned that the Soviet era is now behind the country, and the future is being shaped by its own people. He concluded by stating that Azerbaijan, and Baku in particular, demonstrate a strong will and motivation for development.
