Baku: Amendments have been made to the Charter of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree regarding these changes.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decree prohibits any damage or destruction of monuments within the Reserve's territory. It also restricts the relocation of these monuments without approval from the Administration. Additionally, any construction, restoration, reconstruction, conservation works, or landscaping activities that violate the monuments' integrity or pose a threat to them are banned.
