According to Azeri-Press News Agency, European stock markets also recorded varied movements on the same day. The FTSE 100 index inched up by 0.02%, settling at 8,417.34 points. Germany’s DAX index showed a more noticeable increase, rising by 0.13% to 22,271.67 points, while France’s CAC 40 index had a significant gain of 0.50%, closing at 7,573.76 points.

In the global currency markets, the euro experienced a decline against the dollar. It fell by 0.35%, reaching an exchange rate of 1.1380 USD.
