She highlighted that for any city to become a model, it is crucial to listen to communities, identify their real needs, and promote investments that ensure sustainable development. Inglªs also pointed out that hosting WUF13 provides Baku with a valuable opportunity to explore innovative urban approaches.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Ana Cristina Inglªs described WUF13 as a real opportunity for every city, underscoring the importance of stability in urban development. She stressed that while investments in sectors like healthcare and education are essential, they must be supported by stability to be effective.
