Baku:An extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Azerbaijan International Bank (ABB) OJSC took place on September 30, 2026.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the voting for board members was conducted remotely via personal accounts on the Investor Portal, managed by Azerbaijan's National Depository Center.

During this meeting, Anar Mehman Karimov, the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan, was elected as a member of the ABB OJSC's Supervisory Board for a three-year term. Additionally, amendments to ABB OJSC's Charter and the Regulations on the Supervisory Board were approved.
