Khidirli: A total of 16 families, comprising 45 individuals, have been resettled in Khidirli village of the Aghdam district and received the keys to their new apartments. The resettlement marks a significant step in the ongoing efforts to rehabilitate and develop the area.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the key handover ceremony was attended by officials from the Office of the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts. Representatives of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons were also present, highlighting the coordinated efforts between different governmental bodies to support displaced families.
The resettlement initiative is part of a broader strategy to restore normalcy to regions affected by past conflicts and displacement. By providing new homes to these families, the government aims to foster community rebuilding and long-term stability in the Aghdam district.
