Armen Grigoryan: “Peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia may be signed by the end of the year”

A peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia is likely to be signed by the end of 2023, Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, said in an interview with Public TV channel of Armenia, APA reports.

“Armenia and Azerbaijan are engaged in heated negotiations. If the intensity remains high and the international community remains supportive, a peace treaty may be signed by the end of the year. We intend to sign the agreement as soon as possible,” Grigoryan stated.
