Yerevan: The first meeting of the Armenia-US working group focused on implementing the agreements reached in Washington on August 8, 2025, took place, APA reports. Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan and US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Sonata Coulter acknowledged the strategic partnership between the two nations.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Kostanyan highlighted the support of the United States in establishing peace in the South Caucasus and reiterated Armenia’s commitment to implementing the memorandums of understanding signed on August 8, 2025. The discussions addressed future steps within the TRIPP project, innovative partnerships in artificial intelligence and semiconductors, and cooperation in energy security.
The parties recognized significant progress on the agreements and agreed to continue discussions to achieve the outlined goals promptly.
