Baku: During a hearing at the Baku Military Court on Monday, video materials were presented featuring remarks from Gurgen Dalibaltayan, a former Colonel-General of the Armenian armed forces. The footage revealed that former Armenian Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian were involved in the planning, development, and execution of the Shusha operation. Dalibaltayan emphasized the operation’s significant importance.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the trial is ongoing for Armenian nationals accused of a range of offenses, including crimes against peace and humanity. These charges encompass war crimes, acts of terrorism, waging and preparing for an aggressive war, genocide, violations of the laws and customs of war, forcible seizure and retention of power, and financing terrorism, all of which are connected to Armenia’s military actions.
