The Parliament of Armenian refused to include the draft law on the introduction of criminal responsibility for the recognition of Garabagh as a part of Azerbaijan in the agenda of the plenary session, APA reports.

“Citizen Agreement” faction’s 57 MPs voted against the decision, and 26 opposition MPs voted in favor of the document.
