As part of project implemented within ERASMUS+ program, training on 5 specialties successfully completed

As part of the project “Risk and Crisis Engineering for Transport Services” (CRENG), implemented under the ERASMUS+Ka2 program funded by the European Union, the Master’s program “Risk and Crisis Engineering for Transport Services”, created at the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), is successfully implemented.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, the master’s program successfully completed the teaching of 5 specialties.

Within the project, educational materials on 8 other subjects were prepared and accepted for discussion at the departments of the relevant specialties, which are planned to be held in the next academic year.

In accordance with the project, the method of training in the subjects of risk and crisis engineering, as well as modeling of complex transport processes and systems in risk situations, has been successfully applied in transport systems. At the same time, the students were given the opportunity to apply their knowledge, and were provided with appropriate advice.

Note that the new master’s program provides for the teaching of 13 specialties. Teachers of 4 departments of AzTU are involved in teaching special disciplines.
