ASAN Artificial Intelligence Platform Expands International Partnership

Baku: Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, recently hosted a delegation to discuss the expansion of the ASAN Artificial Intelligence platform’s international partnerships. The delegation was led by Ang Li, Regional Vice President of Huawei for the Middle East and Central Asia; Steve Nouri, CEO and co-founder of GenAI Works; and Khaladdin Rzayev, Co-Director of the Edinburgh Financial Innovations Center and Lecturer in Finance at the University of Edinburgh.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the visit was organized to coincide with the presentation ceremony of the ASAN Artificial Intelligence platform, known as the ASAN AI Hub. This initiative, spearheaded by the State Agency, aims to foster innovation in public service delivery.

The visiting delegation was given an overview of the activities at the ‘ASAN Khidmet’ Centers, which were established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev. These centers are noted for their innovative contributions to the public service sector and have become an intellectual export to over 30 countries worldwide.

In addition to the ‘ASAN Khidmet’ centers, the delegation explored the ‘INNOLAND’ Incubation and Acceleration Center, the Mobile ASAN service, and the ‘ABAD’ public legal entity. These platforms represent Azerbaijan’s commitment to advancing public service through technology and innovation.
