Shusha: 'Our main goal was to achieve the targets of the first phase of the Great Return program,' Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha district, Aydin Karimov, said during his speech at the dialogue session titled 'BBB Publication (TBC)' held within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Aydin Karimov stated that this phase covers the years 2022-2026 and will be completed this year. He confidently highlighted that almost all targets have been achieved in all liberated territories, and despite some time remaining for the completion of the program, significant progress has been made.

The Great Return program is a strategic initiative aimed at rebuilding and revitalizing areas recently liberated, and the successful achievement of its first phase targets marks a pivotal milestone in the broader efforts of the Azerbaijani government to ensure sustainable development and resettlement in these territories.
