Baku: Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) has officially been registered as an internet provider, marking a strategic expansion into satellite-based internet services. The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT) has facilitated this registration, enabling AZAL to offer high-speed internet services.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, AZAL's new role as an internet provider will allow the airline to deliver high-speed internet via satellite. The services offered will include both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) internet resale, enhancing connectivity options for various customer segments.
