Minsk: Azerbaijan is implementing purposeful measures in the field of digitalization and the application of technological innovations within its economy, as stated by Prime Minister Ali Asadov during a plenary session titled “Alliance of New Technologies: Creating the Industry of the Future” at the BELEXPO International Exhibition Center.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Prime Minister Asadov highlighted that ensuring sustainable and competitive economic growth is one of the country’s five national priorities. In this context, accelerating the transition to a digital economy and introducing new technologies stand as main strategic goals. The Azerbaijani government has placed emphasis on a digital economy, making it crucial for the private sector to adapt to new requirements. The “Digital Development Concept” and “Artificial Intelligence Strategy” adopted by the Republic of Azerbaijan aim to strengthen the digital infrastructure of business entities and expedite technological adaptation.
