Azerbaijan Allocates 482 Hectares in Fuzuli for Solar Power Plant Construction.


Fuzuli: Azerbaijan has designated a state-owned land in the administrative territory of Fuzuli district for the construction of a solar power plant. This decision was announced by the Cabinet of Ministers, marking a significant move towards bolstering the country’s renewable energy infrastructure.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the designated area covers 482.0 hectares and is intended for the development of a solar power plant with an installed capacity of 160 megawatts. This initiative reflects Azerbaijan’s efforts to expand its renewable energy sources and reduce dependency on traditional energy forms.
