Baku: Azerbaijan allocated 1,958.8 million manat to the oil and gas sector in the first five months of this year.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this represents a significant decrease in investment compared to previous years.

In comparison to the same period in 2024, the investment volume dropped by 21.9%. Last year, a total of 5,738.7 million manat was allocated to this sector. This year’s allocation shows an 8.4% decrease from the 2023 investment totals.
