Baku: A total of 4 billion 465.7 million manats was allocated from the 2025 state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, it was noted that 3,781.9 million manats, or 84.7 percent of these funds, are designated for purpose-built funds for the reconstruction and restoration of the territories liberated from occupation. Additionally, 373.2 million manats, or 8.3 percent, are allocated to the state budget reserve fund, while 258.5 million manats, or 5.8 percent, are directed towards state-funded investment expenditures. Furthermore, 52.1 million manats, or 1.2 percent, are allocated from other state budget reserves.
