Baku: The Space Agency of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos), a company of AZCON Holding, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (ARCEP) of the Republic of Chad to collaborate on digital transformation, innovation centers, and the export of digital products.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the memorandum aims to boost economic, industrial, scientific, and technological cooperation in satellite services and space exploration. The agreement establishes a framework for joint efforts in developing the space ecosystem, which includes strategic consulting, satellite management, and satellite operations.
The agreement also outlines potential collaboration in areas such as radio frequency management, geographic information systems, remote sensing, satellite communications, and ground system management.
