Azerbaijan and Georgia Strengthen Legal Ties Through High-Level Meeting

Baku: A delegation led by Georgian Prosecutor General Giorgi Qvarakidze arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit on July 29 at the invitation of Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, the Prosecutor General's Office told APA. The delegation commenced their visit by paying tribute at the Alley of Honor to the National Leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, and other notable figures, and further honored those who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan's independence at the Alley of Martyrs.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, an expanded meeting was held between Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev and Prosecutor General Giorgi Qvarakidze. The discussions highlighted the robust political dialogue and strategic partnership fostered by President Ilham Aliyev and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, which have significantly contributed to the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
