Baku: Azerbaijan's Minister of Health Teymur Musayev met with the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Azerbaijan, Omar Barakat Al Nahar. During the meeting, the two officials discussed the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation in the healthcare sector.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the discussions centered on various aspects of healthcare collaboration, including the organization of medical services, digital health, medical science, and pharmaceuticals. Both parties emphasized the importance of expanding the mutual exchange of expertise in these areas.

Teymur Musayev noted the successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Jordan across different fields, highlighting the potential for further collaboration in healthcare. Ambassador Omar Barakat Al Nahar commended the dynamic development of bilateral relations and emphasized the benefits of strengthening cooperation in the healthcare sector. He also mentioned the importance of organizing reciprocal visits and implementing joint projects.
