Baku: Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister, Samir Sharifov, met with his Kazakh counterpart, Alibek Bakayev, to discuss the strategic partnership and allied relations between their nations. The discussions centered on the successful second meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice President of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, which took place in Baku on April 2.
