Moscow: Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, who is on a working visit to the Russian Federation, participated in the next meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries held in Moscow on April 2.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reported on Hasanov's participation in the meeting. The gathering brought together defense ministers from various CIS member states to discuss key military and security issues within the region.
