Baku: Azerbaijan and Oman have officially approved an agreement that allows visa-free travel for individuals holding diplomatic and service passports. This development marks a significant step in the bilateral relations between the two countries, facilitating easier travel for government officials and fostering closer diplomatic ties.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the agreement, titled 'Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman on the mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports,' received formal approval. The law was signed by President Ilham Aliyev, signifying Azerbaijan's commitment to strengthening its international partnerships and simplifying travel protocols for its diplomats and service members.
