Baku: Rashad Hasanov, Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, recently held talks with Mamadou Lamine Diante, Minister of Public Service, Labor and Public Service Reform of Senegal, to discuss the enhancement of their digital partnership. The meeting, which underscored a deepening collaboration between the two nations, focused on digital innovation and development, building upon memorandums of understanding signed in December of the previous year.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Senegalese delegation shared details of Senegal's digital transformation agenda, particularly in terms of public services. Both parties explored potential areas for further cooperation, emphasizing the importance of experience exchange regarding the "myGov" platform.
The discussions also highlighted the need to enhance the knowledge and skills of civil servants in key areas such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Additionally, opportunities were reviewed to support the burgeoning startup ecosystem, paving the way for future collaborative efforts in digital progress.
