Baku: Azerbaijan and Sudan have introduced a mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic passports. This development comes as President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan signed the law that approves the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan on the Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic Passports."
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the agreement facilitating this visa exemption was signed in Baku on May 19, 2026. This initiative is expected to enhance diplomatic relations and ease the travel process for diplomats between the two countries.
