Azerbaijan and UAE Voice Concerns Over Middle East Military Tensions

Baku: Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have expressed concern over the escalation of military activity in the Middle East. The discussions took place during a meeting between Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, and UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the main focus of their discussion was the recent military clashes in the Middle East and the subsequent increase in regional tensions. Both officials voiced their concerns over the current situation and highlighted the risks that the ongoing military escalation poses to regional stability. They emphasized the importance of adhering to international law and resolving the conflict through dialogue and political means.

The ministers also stressed the importance of ensuring the safety of civilians and civilian infrastructure. Minister Jeyhun Bayramov extended his condolences for the civilian casualties and injuries resulting from the conflict.
