Azerbaijan and UK Plan New Working Groups for Enhanced Cooperation

Baku:Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom are planning to establish new working groups to enhance cooperation in various areas, according to Azerbaijan's Energy Minister, Parviz Shahbazov. This announcement was made during the 8th meeting of the Azerbaijan-UK Joint Intergovernmental Commission in Baku.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the energy minister highlighted the potential for expanded collaboration, particularly in energy, technology, transport, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.

Shahbazov emphasized the importance of not delaying progress until the next commission meeting. He stated that the formation of these working groups is crucial for addressing the discussed issues practically and achieving tangible outcomes promptly.

He also mentioned that while current cooperation is substantial, the discussions have revealed significant potential for future development in these areas.
