Baku:The 8th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom took place in Baku on October 6.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the discussions focused on enhancing collaboration in various sectors, including trade, energy, healthcare, agriculture, cybersecurity, food security, transport, and education.
The meeting concluded with the signing of several important documents, highlighting the commitment of both nations to deepen their partnership. The commission is co-chaired by Azerbaijan's Energy Minister, Parviz Shahbazov, and the UK's Minister of State at the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, Anas Sarwar.
