Baku: Azerbaijan has officially announced the dates for the Nowruz, Ramadan, and Eid al-Adha holidays in 2026. The Cabinet of Ministers has released a decision specifying the non-working days for these significant cultural and religious observances.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decision outlines that March 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 will be observed as the Nowruz holidays. Meanwhile, March 20-21 will be designated as the Ramadan holidays, and May 27-28 will be observed as the Eid al-Adha holidays.
These designated days will be non-working, allowing citizens to engage in the traditional festivities and religious practices associated with each holiday.
