Khankendi: A Victory Museum is being created in an administrative building in the center of the city of Khankendi, APA reports. This initiative was highlighted in the 'Report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2025,' which was discussed at today's session of the Milli Majlis.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the design work for the Occupation and Victory museum complexes, intended to be established in Shusha and Gubadli by 2025, has been completed, involving both international and local experts. Content materials for these museums have been prepared based on historical facts. Additionally, a location and concept for the Victory Museum in Khankendi have been determined.

The report further stated that the concepts for nine Occupation and Victory museum complexes have been prepared, and the design of six complexes has been finalized.
