Azerbaijan Army Positions Targeted by Fire from Chambarak Direction

Baku: Azerbaijan Army positions came under fire from Armenian armed forces stationed in the Chambarak region. The incident occurred on May 10 at 09:55, as reported by the Ministry of Defense to APA. The Armenian forces used small arms to target the Azerbaijani positions.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Armenian Ministry of Defense is disseminating false and misleading information internationally. It claims that Azerbaijan Army units fired in the direction of the Khanazakh settlement, allegedly damaging a residential building. This narrative is seen as an attempt to form a false opinion in the international community and lay the groundwork for future provocations.

The Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense has emphasized that its army units do not target civilians or civilian infrastructure under any circumstances. They have stated that Azerbaijan Army units only took retaliatory measures in the direction mentioned above.
